    SkiErg Workout
    My first SkiErg Workout. Though the concept of the SkiErg is similar to the RowErg, the workout is unique. Having a coach suggest a workout is wonderful. I’ve had my RowErg since 1997. A new SkiErg I needed suggestions for the workout. Workout7 - SkiErg did the trick.

    Really helpful programming
    As someone who has never been a competitive rower, these workouts are really helpful! They allow me to throw some new workouts into the mix as well as providing helpful technique cues throughout. I hope Concept 2 keeps these going, we are out here loving your product and all the training tools that go with it!!

    Brand new to rowing. Just bought a Concept2 for Christmas. This podcast is a great help on getting started. Learning the basics and moving up to shorter workouts. Love it!

    Episode 91 - Battle Paddle
    The episode of Battle Paddle during the Head of the Charles River race was a totally awesome experience! Thank you for the very interesting and truly unique workout. I have never rowed on the water, but this podcast gave of glimpse of what it might be like in an intense race. I felt like a racehorse being pushed the finish :-) Great podcast!

    Love the coaching and inspiration. But sometimes feel like clock countdowns are a little off during some workouts.

    Excellent resource
    This podcast has been an essential tool to help me (an absolute novice rower) understand rowing technique and the use the equipment (both the rower and the PM5 monitor), as well as guiding me through a variety of enjoyable and useful workouts. And that’s coming from a guy who thought he’d NEVER enjoy a guided/coached cardio workout! The workouts are varied, the explanations are easy to follow, and Cady gives just the right amount of encouragement and motivation without getting too “rah rah!” for my tastes. Well done!

    Having the sound of the flywheels in motion is such a good idea. Makes it much easier to keep the right pace. EDIT: return after COVID sounds even better and at least episode 1 was a great workout!

    Can’t row without these podcasts
    I’ve been a cycling enthusiast for years (I’m 74). Since moving to Florida a couple of years ago, I found cycling not what it used to be in New England... very flat, windy, and dangerous with traffic. So I purchased a rower. I couldn’t row without these podcasts. They are motivating, interesting, and keep me coming back for more. Cadie Hart is a treasure plus there is a never ending number of interesting workouts. I’m so thankful that they keep me motivated. Keep it coming!

    Great podcast that coaches you through a workout!
    I would have given 5 stars, but too often the non-host participants in the workout are too far from the mic and can’t be heard. If they ask questions, that can’t be heard either, and the host doesn’t repeat the question. Other than that - it’s great!

    Nice variety of workouts
    These are a great way to add some variety to the standard erg workouts. Are there any plans to add video content? I find it helpful to watch guided workouts for pacing and technique.

    I’ve had my rower for at least 5 years and have discovered so many different ways to use it with this podcast. It’s like having a personal coach guiding you through the workout.

    i just found this podcast and did my 1st workout with ep. 1 yesterday, and it was intense. the instruction and production quality are top-notch, i dont like the music (which is subjective), but no big deal.

    Fantastic, Smart and Fun Sessions
    What a great resource! The sessions cover everything aspect of Energy Systems Training in a safe and very effective manner. Regardless of training age, the programs will be challenging and very rewarding. If you’re new to rowing, or have never been coached on rowing technique, this is a must!

    I am new to rowing and did your bonus episode The Basics today. Which episode do I head to next? Thanks so much for your rowing guidance as I turn to the erg while I take a break from running due to a torn plantar fascia. (Yes I have permission from my doctor to row :).)

    Great rowing
    More than most, I HATE the erg. But the Concept2 makes it almost enjoyable. Since I do not have to think ahead to the next change in rate or pace I can concentrate on rowing well and strong. The SD Classic row was fun but now you have to plan for the HOCR. I can’t wait

    Love the podcast. I use it at least a couple times a week to change up my workout. It is a good way to get a shorter workout in. I would love to see more longer workouts. Keep em comin!!
